I like learning languages such as English.
Today, I'll talk about my routine and habits.
I sometimes get depressed, and then I get caffeine through coffee.
This has literally become my most important habit of living my life comfortably.
Certainly, walking every day is as well.
Probably, It has passed for two years walking.
All of the mentioned is to get rid of my stress and get focused because I tend to be distracted by other things like smartphones and issues around me like obsessive disorders like germophobia, perfectionism, and stuff like that.
What's more, I have several disorders I have had since many years ago, as I cannot live all right without deceiving myself and pretending to be normal.
So, Caffeine and walking are like my friends to save me and go through every situation, day in and day out, every single day.
Having routines makes you forget bad memories, bad obsessions, and bad addictives where you are in plight.
I want to live positively but sometimes as I mentioned, I get depressed.
That is when I escape to my routines and get back to my normal life.
I want to have a normal life, a normal happiness, and a normal world.
