I stopped subscribing to YouTube Premium and stopped eating certain kinds of meat, such as beef, pork, and chicken.
Plus, I decided to stop drinking protein shakes.
YouTube often distracts me.
I somehow started to feel that protein shakes are unhealthy because they contain artificial sweeteners.
It’s not that I’m forbidden from eating meat, but somehow I just stopped eating it.
In the past, I would stop for a while and then start eating it again.
Now, I’ve gone back to not eating it.
I’m not exactly sure why I avoid it.
Deep down, there are many reasons, but they are difficult to explain.
Still, I eat fish for my health.
I’ve been doing this for about three months.
So far, I haven’t had any health problems.
